Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights, especially for international orders.
1. Order Cancellation (6-Hour Grace Period)
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase without any reason.
After 6 hours, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.
To prevent malicious orders and refunds, a 5% processing fee will be deducted for refunds requested within the 6-hour grace period. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Eligible for Return or Refund
We accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
Item is damaged or defective upon arrival (complete unboxing video required as proof);
Wrong item received;
Severe damage during shipping that affects normal use.
Important: Before opening your package, please record the entire unboxing process in one take (no editing). We cannot accept any after-sale issues without a complete unboxing video.
Please contact us within 15 days after receiving your order with relevant proof. Once verified, we will arrange a refund or replacement.
3. Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
Personal preference issues (e.g., dislike, size not fitting, slight color differences);
Customized or discounted products;
Pre-sale items still within the pre-sale waiting period;
Orders not reported within the required timeframe.
4. Refund Method
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method;
For orders paid through third-party platforms, the refund timing depends on the platform’s process.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier (e.g., USPS), our responsibility ends.
We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery;
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly for assistance;
6. Address Accuracy
Customers must ensure that the shipping address is complete and correct;
Contact us immediately to fix an incorrect shipping address before we dispatch your order;
We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
